Through intelligent sequencing of low-impact, isometric movements, FORM barre classes are created to work each major muscle group. Performed on awesome music, the result is a highly effective, high-intensity workout that uses the ballet barre and light equipment for balance and resistance. Expect to feel the burn, embrace the shake, and leave feeling stronger than ever.

Our strong Vinyasa yoga classes at FORM combine fluid movement and intuitive alignment, through dynamic and creative sequencing. Focusing on breath and intention, we will help you strengthen your connection between body and mind, and improve your practice - with plenty of room for experimenting with new asanas.
