FORM BARRE

Our signature barre class is a unique high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines elements from pilates, ballet and fitness. It targets all your major muscle groups but focusses on small, precise movements that are done to the beat of our awesome FORM music playlists to help you power through those final ten repetitions!

All of our instructors go through the customised FORM training program, because we strongly believe in offering you the highest class quality possible - we guarantee you've never tried barre like this before!

BARRE & STRETCH

Finish your high intensity workout
with a deeper, more focussed stretch: 30 minutes of barre followed by 30 minutes of lengthening, stretching and release allows you to get the best of both worlds.

FORM YOGA

Our yoga classes pull techniques from yoga asana, mantra, meditation, pranayama and somatics; with the hopes of getting you out of your head, into your body, and closer to your heart. These classes are mindfully themed and crafted, and are focused around building community. 

 

This class is suitable for intermediate/advanced practitioners. Beginners with an open mind and heart are very welcome to join if they are up for being challenged.

MOBILITY FLOW

Mobility Flow is a functional movement-based class, where we focus on mobility, stability and adaptability to help your movement practice. This class helps keep your muscles, ligaments and tendons supple - which is key to physical longevity and health. We bridge mobility elements with a fun, technical, lighthearted flow. Our Mobility Flow instructor is highly trained in and knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, and will keep you on your toes!
