BECOME A FORM
TEACHER

At FORM, all instructors go through an extensive, customised teacher training programme where they are taught the FORM technique and values - this ensures that everyone on the team is equally qualified to teach our method of the highest quality barre classes.

During this training you will be personally guided by FORM founder and Master Trainer Italy Padilla.
Among other things, you can expect training modules on physiology, musicality, cueing, presence, and of course: the FORM Method. During the final part of the training you will be expected to perform several practice classes.

We aim to organise a new FORM teacher training every quarter, and we're always looking for new talent!

Please note that we do not hire anyone who hasn't taken at least 5 classes at our studios.
We prioritise applicants who have a background in dance/performative arts and/or who have experience in teaching.
