We're super excited to invite you to this retreat on the beautiful coastline of Sintra, Portugal. An opportunity for those who want to dive deeper into their own practice, be surrounded by incredible nature, and bond with like-minded people.
You'll be staying in a large villa, near several incredible beaches and beautiful fields of greenery - situated near the Sintra National Park. A place where you'll have total freedom to relax, explore movement, hike, surf, walk along the coast, read that book you
keep putting away, soak in the silence, and indulge in some
seriously well-deserved 'you-time'.
We'll be leading you through two (always optional ) movement classes per day; exploring between dynamic vinyasa, barre/pilates, and deep muscle release classes.
The House can host between 11 and 16 people, allowing ample time to be able to connect and give everyone plenty of personal attention.
